Stella Artois 2024 Toolkit
As a seasoned Project Management expert, I have a proven track record of spearheading successful initiatives within the consumer goods sector. Recently, I led the development and implementation of a comprehensive product suite for the latest Stella Artois 2024 toolkit. Leading both design and sourcing efforts, I collaborated closely with the Brand Director in New York, alongside international design teams and manufacturing facilities to deliver tangible results. For the gobal range we had to ensure the specifications could be replicated in our 3 main reagions (LATAM, Europe, Far East). The complication varied between items. We produced products from 7 foot display units to tooled and distinctive barware.
My strategic oversight enabled us to achieve significant cost efficiencies without compromising on visual appeal. By meticulously managing multiple workstreams and factory schedules, I ensured the seamless execution of our vision from ideation to final delivery. I kept the development within our challenging $80K budget and used EcoVadis approved sites.
Notably, our efforts culminated in the creation of a captivating endcap (pictured), showcasing the sophistication and quality that define Stella Artois. Furthermore, I facilitated a comprehensive update of the product range tailored for bars and restaurants, earning an award for delivering on-time and exceeding client expectations. Our range featured in worldwide events such as Wimbledon 2024 and 'The Perfect Serve' yearly competiton.

Budweiser Music
To complement Budweiser's dynamic music partnerships, I managed the creation of new products for both on and off-trade environments. Our team was responsible for embodying the brand's premium aesthetic while also ensuring that the solutions were accessible and affordable globally. Through careful research and development, I successfully introduced over 17 innovative products that enhanced Budweiser's overall brand image and made it more appealing to the target markets.
Our focus on project delivery was crucial in meeting the high standards set by Budweiser. Not only did we prioritize efficient delivery within strict timelines, but we also ensured that our products exceeded expectations in terms of quality, design, and cost-effectiveness. Our efforts were well-received by both the clients and consumers, resulting in a significant increase in brand recognition and 30% increased spend in my categories.
